Which Audio software do i need to change the voice of 3DD to Alvin and the chipmunks voice?

I am making a Alvin and the chipmunks tribute for Youtube and my ex girlfriend so I need a software to do that stuff.

Just use audacity (Can be downloaded for free from the web)or sound recorder (comes with every version of windows, just look under Start>All programs>Accessories>Entertainment). Open your sound file that you want to change in one of these programs, then change the speed or pitch to get a higher pitched voice.
