why is my mp3 doing a chipmunk version of a song?

It works on my Itunes but i uploaded it to Fileden.. so i can put it on a flash player for my myspace page it is not Elmos version of I want a hippo for christmas it sounds like the Chipmunks version? Never had this problen before with any songs i have used? Any ideas on what might be wrong..? Why it did that.. or a sugestion for another site to use to get a url address for songs?

2. Get your songs using Emule software. Always play them in Winamp, itunes could have converted it to a propietary format.
3. itunes are usually .mp4 format they probably have to be converted to .mp3 or .wma format in which case you would need a sound editor program to convert - one I would recommed is goldwave ('n it's a free download) http://www.goldwave.com/
