Chipmunk song voice?

how do i make any song into the high pitched chipmunk voice without making the song faster..can someone please tell me ...PLEASEEE

1. go onto settings on windows media player and turn the speed to 2.0
2. my daughter actually had a "toy" voice changer....she got it for Christmas one year. We don't have it anymore, so i dont even remember the manufacturer....perhaps do either a web search or ebay search for "chipmunk voice changer" Then you'd have to play/record it seperately..other than that, not sure....unless theres a music software/program???? Sorry i couldn't be more help.....;-)
3. There is this program you can download called Audacity. audacity.sourceforge.net/ ____________________ Once you've downloaded it, open the program. oo1. [File] Open a song. oo2. [Edit] Select >>> All. oo3. [Effect] Change Pitch. oo4. At the bottom there should be a box named "Percent Change". Change it to 1oo%. oo5. Click "OK" and wait for it to change the pitch. oo6. Play it using the green play button. oo7. Tada! Enjoy.
