How do you make a song into "chipmunk"???

I use Windows Movie Maker and i get the audio file in the movie maker but i dont know where to find the 'speed up' or something like that. Dont leave answers that say "get this program." It has to be in Movie Maker just tell me please how to get a song to speed up through that program.
