How do I speed up a song in windows moviemaker? (To Make It More Chipmunk Like :)?

Yes, I have tried to the drag the Speed Up Double Effect into the timeline but it won't budge... PLEASE HELP!!!

1. LOL FOR EDITED A SONG IT DOESNT SOUND THE BEST OPTION TO USE A MOVIE EDITOR..........DOWNLOAD AUDACITY THAT IS VERY EASY TO EDIT SONGS WITH..........JUS PLAY WITH EFFECTS, THEN PITCH ! ANT ;)
