How do you merge a picture with a song....?

I want to make a video to upload to youtube. I have the picture and the song but i can't get both of them together. Have you seen the Chipmunk songs on youtube?, it's just a picture of the Chipmunks and the song playing, how do you do that? I'm using an Apple mac, if that makes any difference.

1. oh!! i dont have mac! I use movie maker to do such things. If you have a movie maker on your computer,let me know! Im not always on here,so drop me a mail. Will try my best to help ya =]
