If I have gotten songs off of iTunes, and turn them into a chipmunk version, can I make a program with them?

Say I downloaded Let's Get It Started by Black Eye'd Peas, and make it into a chipmunk song, can I then make a program like limewire or frostwire, where I have the songs so people can download them? Would that be legal, or would I need premission from the recording artist? Please help :).
