I think you are asking how anyone can sound like a Chipmunk in a song without useing something to speed up their voice. Some people can get high in pitch. Another posiblity is helium (like in floating balloons). The problem is that most people are not aware inhaleing too much helium is dangerous. The first signs of trouble are dizziness, black outs, and fainting. Some local radio stations tried to use helium for a segment periodicly and ran into trouble (includeing a couple of them going to an Emergency Room). They eventurally quit doing this between the one head injury and problems thinking. If you are asking for a title and performer of a song, then try typeing some lyrics out to help.
