Is the Crosman Firestorm a good pest control slingshot? Is it considered powerful?

Hi, i have a Crosman Firestorm. Is it a good pest control slingshot? Is it considered a powerful slingshot? What are the best/most powerful bands to put on a slingshot? Do the bands work better long or cut short?

1. i would not recommend slingshots for pest control... i would recommend blowguns.. they are more accurate, and leave less of a mess from the pests!
