1. I assume this is related to Indirect tax - VAT. For a work contract tax (WCT) to be applicable, there should be transfer of property in the goods or property on which you have done some service and there should be some goods used to complete the said service. In your case, you are providing only service of pest control and there is no transfer of property and hence WCT is not applicable to you.
