Is it legal to hunt chipmunks in Ohio?

Ive always wondered if you can shoot chipmunks in Ohio. Is there a season for them if you can hunt them? Thanks for your answers.

2. number one hunting chipmunks is illegal. number two it is stupid.
3. In Ohio there is no specific hunting season for chipmunks mentioned in the hunting regulations. However they are listed as a game animal. Since they're a member of the squirrel family, if you're going to hunt them I'd recommend hunting them during squirrel season. 4. legal or not i shot them for fun anyway and leave them out in the woods for the coyotes and others to eat em. Knock yourself out there fun to shoot.
