Problem with Orkin pest control?

I live in a building with a cockroach infestation, in Wichita KS. Orkin comes here every month to spray in my unit, but there really not doing any good. Orkins own website says they keep bugs out. Well, they have come to this address for the last 8 years that I know of, can I sue? In fact this next month, I'm telling Orkin I dont want them in my unit, and if they come in, Im taking them to court. Can I do this? Cause I am making serious plans too.

1. If your neighbors are slobs, Orkin is not responsible, neither is your landlord. Be grateful he's on top of this every month. Keep them out of your unit and see how many roaches you have in 3 days.
