What is this movie???????

This is an animated kid's movie. Ok, It was mainly about six people (or animals) going around the world in hot air balloons. They paired up into teams of two and were racing around the world. Ummm...I think they split up because they were mad at each other. I could be wrong. I watched this when I was like eight so it is kind of hard to remeber it. I think it was called Adventure (alvin and the chipmunks) but I really do not know. Serious answers ONLY please! Thanks in advance!! Does anyone know where I can watch it online for free??? any ideas of what you think it is would really help! Not the one made in 07, this was made a long time ago

1. it WAS alvin and the chipmunks...they had to go around the world searching for chipmunk dolls for some guy..... the dolls ended up having diamonds and money in them. it was called "the Chipmunk Adventure" 1987

3. no it hasn't..it was an old tv show. it's been out for a longggggg time.
4. The Chipmunk Adventure from 1987! It used to be on Stage6, but now it's been pulled. You could always try YouTube, though. BTW, have you seen the new Alvin and the Chipmunks? It's awesome!
5. Yes it is The adventures of Alvin and the chipmunks the great race around the world, my kids have it on DVD think they got it at best buy!
