What is the worse that Chipmunks can do to my house?

I have two chipmunks living under my porch. What is the worse they can do? Will they cause severe damage to a concrete porch or my yard? Any diseases that they carry? Simply, should I remove them? If yes, how?

2. I think the worst thing that The Chipmunks could do is try singing "Anchors Aweigh" or the "Halleluyah Chorus".... OK, its been a long day... seriously, they can't do much to concrete. Lawn and Garden, yes. To get rid of them, go get a small animal trap (Hav-a-Hart is one brand I know) sized for chipmunks and the like, and follow the directions. Once trapped, release them in a safe place-like a former boss's house.
3. The worst they can do? Dig under the foundation and have your porch start falling away from the house. Do the same to your sidewalk. Dig holes everywhere. Breed like bunnies. Eat your garden bulbs, etc.
