How to make a 'Chipmunk Song'?

1. Pretty much any audio recording program will have a pitch shifter built in, but not many are free. Try Reaper. It has a free trial and it's a good program, however if your unfamiliar with audio processing it might be a little convoluted. Record in your audio and shift it up an octave. Then export as a wav file
