If I applied Amdro Firestrike to my lawn in the spring, how long do I have to wait to put a garden in?

I applied Firestrike as well as a 2,4D weed and feed in April. From what I understand the herbicide dissipates rather quickly, but I'm not sure how long I need to wait after the application of Firestrike to plow up for a garden. To head off any of these comments at the pass, I have sworn off the weed and feed products as well as other non-organic weed and pest control. I just want to know how long I have to wait before I can put veggies in the ground and not harm my family. Thanks!

1. I guess I am confused! It was my understanding that Amdro firestrike is NOT an herbicide. But an Insecticide for FIRE ANTS! SO two weeks, before replanting is my advice, based on my experience? which is now in need of ME doing some research!
