how to put a song to sound like a chipmunk?

has anyone ever heard of music but in chipmuk version? okayy i want to know how you do that or like whats the program for that called?

1. The "chipmunk" effect you hear is just the song sped up. SO, to speed up the song, find or download Windows Movie Maker, get your song (it has to be in mp3 format) and put it where it says audio strip. Right click on the audio and hit video effects. Scroll down to the very bottom of the list and you will find "sped up, x2". click on that, hit add, then hit "ok" and tada!! save it to your computer, and give it a name and enjoy your chipmunk song!
