I can't remember a name of some old 70's/80's cartoon movie.?

It was about two frogs in love and the boy frog wore blue overalls with a red cap and came from a lower class frog society or something and he fell in love with a girl frog who I think wore a pink dress/ballet suit and her dad was a giant king leopard frog or something. And I remember a phrase the narrator repeated a lot "Gribbit to the Limit put your whole heart in it". Also there were two older cartoons one was about this young fox "not the fox and the hound" none of these cartoons are from disney I don't think anyways, I think their from F.H.E. Anyways the young foxes mother and father and siblings were killed and he came back when he grew up. The last cartoon which I think maybe from the 70's if not older was about two chipmunks, one was captured as a pet or something and the other went on a long adventure to get the other back, the graphics of this video was like that of the Last Unicorn so they were not all cartoony like Alvin and the Chipmunks they actually walked on all fours. If anyone can tell me the name of at least one of these old cartoons I will greatly appreciate it. Thankyou.
