How do I kill a family of chipmunks?

A family of chipmunks have taken residence under my concrete patio and they are tearing up the patio. How do I humanely kill them? Are there any poisons that I could use? I thought about moth balls and maybe they will just move on to my neighbor?

3. Your seriously a nut case to want to kill them. Just call the RSPCA or animal protection services to come and collect them, duh.
4. Don't kill them. In many counties it could be considered animal abuse and you could recieve a fine or go to jail. oh, and about them moving to your neighbors... Isn't that a good thing? ;) Call animal control. Be humane.

6. If you're talking about the irritating, droning, Alvin, Simon and Theodore, I'll help you kill them. Otherwise, you should trap them and set them free out in the woods.
7. Get a humane "have a heart trap" some humane societies rent them out, but Wal Mart sells them, bait it, trap them and release them a minimum of 4 miles from your home.l
8. you are so nasty you cant kill a family of chipmunks thats cruelty contact the correct society within your area and they will have them removed for you
