Trying to find out about a movie title?

I forget the name of this movie i watched when i was younger, it was probably from the 1980s-1990s or maybe in like 1992-1998ish i'm not sure but its about either little chipmunks or groundhogs or similiar animals that like a mom animal has to go get medicine for one of her sons that is sick and they live underground and i think she wears a red cape? but the animal/thing/evil thing she gets the medicine from is a adventure because like on the way theres a tractor that almost runs her over and stuff and it shakes the ground and all this stuff happens. does anyonee know the title of that movie or anything about it?? thaaanks.<3 aaah thanks soo much! yeah that's the moviiiie(=

Mrs. Frisby and the Rats of NIMH. It's about a mouse whose family's home is going to be demolished soon so she has to be able to transport her son. The rats are actually the good guys in this movie, which I think is a refreshing change.
Yeah never mind the person above is right, The Secret Of Nihm is the movie.
