What's the best pest control company in the San Fernando Valley? (I use orkin now but they are too much money?

I called other places like Dewey and Western and they are around $30 cheaper for bi monthly service. I wondered if they are good

You are first you get a female cat, out door cat, Then for any pest you run into two products will do more than any exterminator will do for you, Boric acid is easier to obtain but isn't effective against Bed Bugs, if you get these resistant critters, you don't have to see them the bites will appear in a line following your blood veins, you are their food source, You have to buy airtight plastic encasing material for the box springs and mattress, eventually co2 will kill these, same thing for pillows, get airtight en casements and use the same procedures, washing linens will kill the bedbugs and the dryer will kill the eggs, I have home made remedy's I use for them and all bugs, but there are commercial on line Patented products using Petroleum Distillates and Diatomaceous Earth. Reading the sources on bedbugs, cockroaches, ants, are a start. Boric Acid and Diatomaceous Earth articles will expand it to include any and all house hold insect bugs. I have three female cats, and also almost 4 acres. Never have in the 30 years I've had this bunch of cats have I had a mouse or rat. Sometimes Boric Acid will be you choice and it is as safe as common table salt Boric acid was first registered in the US as an insecticide in 1948 for control of cockroaches, termites, fire ants, fleas, silverfish, and many other insects.[11] It acts as a stomach poison affecting the insects' metabolism, and the dry powder is abrasive to the insects' exoskeleton. Termites are the one insect that does so much damage if you had an exterminator you could trust, it might be worth to pay for inspections, and services, however I don't, I know to look for the little mud tunnels they build to gain entry through the footings and foundations. There are many products available at Home Depot, and Lowe's that are in containers very handy for Application following their directions you can easily keep the excess money and have a structurally sound home. Of course you have to follow directions, because I don't live on the West Coast, and I am able to use simple and cheap DE, and Boric Acid and at times it's convenient to have a small squirt bottle of dish soap mixed in water and a little vegetable oil(mix DE with this too sometimes) I never use a fly swatter for wasp, flies or whatever, don't care to break a glass or other dish.
2. What I do if I like the service I receive from a company that I have been using is I call their "Main Head Office". I explain that I like their service but there price doesn't match with other companies I have done research on and I would like to continue to do business with them. They want to keep your business and will usually work with you. They don't want to lose a customer over $30.00 especially in our economy today. Head/Main office for Orkin is: 866-949-6098. I haven't use Dewey & Western but.. I did check out their web site. They preform the same services as Orkin. I would give them a try and see how good their service is. I have learned that when you hire "Big Companies" you are paying for their advertising also.
