What are the names of those songs that were in Alvin and The Chipmunks: The Squeakquel?

The first one is the one the Chipmunks sang when they were practicing for the competition and they are sitting on top of the piano with Dr. Rubin and the pianist (the girl who Toby really likes) watching them, and they start sighing before they finish it off because they were remembering the Chipettes. The other song was played when Alvin joins the Football Team and he was lifting weights. Please and thank you!~
