Why is Clensel Garden Spray a good natural pest control?

what plants can it be used on, and what pests does it kill?

1. It is nothing special. Clensel is Citronella based. It supposedly repels insects. It does not kill them. I personally am not a fan on Citronella. It tends to be very inefficient and over priced. It has some anti fungal abilities but even at that it is probably or priced by 1000%.
