Help i have an animal in my room?

For the last four days i have seen things that at first i thought were mice droppings on the spare bed in my room. however after doing al the natural pest control things i got up this morning and it is still happening. Do mice normally defecate in plain site?. Also the droppings look like small flat brown seeds with some green stuff mixed up. this morning i found a small branch nearby as well. Help what kind of pest do i have in my room.

1. Probably a mouse i suggest one of the mousetraps where you bait it in the inside and when the mouse goes inside it will close on it and you will know when it closes
2. Want to know for sure? Set up a camera in the room somewhere with an unobstructed view of the spare bed and leave a light on (just enough to keep the camera pic clear) and go to bed as usual. Keep it going until you find out. Not to be rude, but I don't think I could sleep in that room. ~SHUDDER~ Good Luck!!

4. It one of these brain sucking lizards that contain a anaesthetic in their saliva which enables them to suck your blood while you're asleep. So watch out!
5. It's probably mice. Get a humane mouse trap to catch it and set it free far away from your house otherwise it'll come staright back.
6. I suspect a mouse, but if the branch is fairly big it could be a rat. They're far more common than you might think. If at all worried I suggest you contact your local council's environmental department. They'll be able to tell you for sure. Of course, it could be a neighbour's pet! I once heard of a hamster who got out of its cage and moved next door! Good luck.
