eChipmunks

Can squirrels and chipmunks be trained to do simple yard work, and are they visual or auditory learners?

I would like to start a small operation in my own yard and maybe expand my business model to other peoples yards. I would charge a fee and some of this fee would go to improving the squirrels lives (the chipmunks can suck it, nobody likes them).
