has anyone ever tried "flea away" for flea pest control? or know of something really good to put on dogs?
We are needing a flea control remedy for our dogs. They are inside dogs but get them just from going outside from time to time. We prefer natural remedies but are willing to try anything out there. Front Line doesn't work like it used to and we tried the other one that kills with in 45 minutes but those seem to not be as strong as before.

- Get a professional exterminator to spray your home and yard and get flea meds for your dog from your vet.
- 7 dust which you can get at Wal-mart will get rid of fleas and ticks in your yard. If you have carpets vacuum every day, use your carpet cleaner if your have one once a week with vinegar either white or apple, you would put about a half a cup of vinegar in it...fleas hate the stuff and it does kill them. Also spray your dog once daily with some lemon juice and in a week or two you will notice a dramatic difference. FYI I also had to shave my dog down to the undercoat because his hair is so thick, but now I only see the occasional flea and not the infestation I had three weeks ago.
- What works for my dogs is apple cider vinegar a teaspoon each time you refill their bowl of water. It might take 3 weeks or so to work but my dogs are always outside and haven't had fleas since we started using it.
