How do I get a license for Pest Control?

I live in California and am trying to figure out how to find pest control training. Ive seen a few jobs requiring me to be licensed in branch 2. I've been looking online for some kind of training course but I'm stumped. Does anybody have any ideas??? Thanks!

1. Contact a local exterminator, and ask them.
2. you will have to work under someone who is a Certified Applicator, and then he would get you the proper training and classroom work to get your own license
