orkin pest control ad?

Is this Orkin Ad irritating any of you like it is me? How can I disable it?

2. Have you tried using Mozilla's Firefox as a internet browser instead of Internet Explorer. Firefox has a lovely adblock :). I use it all the time and miss it horribly at work.
