termite pest control company?

hi there, Which is the best pest control company in NYC. I have a termite problem at my house and would really like a referral. I google terminix and orkin and a lot of complaints were written on them. Please advise. Many thanks,

2. I would go with http://www.pestworld.org The plus to Orkin and Terminix is that they are large and when it comes to Termite warranty and damage they will pay out. The negative is they are expensive and average at best.
3. Go with Terminix and get their Termidor treatment. If they fail you they will treat you right, if I'm wrong their pockets are deep and you'll never lose in court against a termite company that took your money but never got rid of your termites, so go with a company that has the money to get.
