should i tip the man who comes to my house to do pest control services?

terminx comes to my house every three months and does pest control its the same guy every time should i be tipping him??

2. No. You can, but it is not expected. Waiters and waitresses make less than minimum wage, because they are depending on their service level to generate tips. The pest control guy makes a nice salary, and it is not dependent on tips. The problem is that if you tip him once, he may begin to expect it from other customers...or from you next month. Do not start down that road.
