is this only for commercial estb. or residential also.

1. Yes under service tax, whether you provide the service to an agriculturist or domestic, you have to issue your bill, plus you have to add the service tax , plus cess on tax. And you have to remit the tax amount thus collected to your Local Vat Office (LVO), before 20th of next month.
2. Yes, for residential too.
