How to get rid of bugs?

We just moved into a new apartment last week and every single day we're finding 10-15 bugs! Between ants, spiders, and millipedes. I am TERRIFIED of bugs. The complex does not provide pest control services and will not let us use our own pest control service or bug bombs or any other poison kind of thing (it's a community that allows dogs so they don't want them getting sick I guess). Any other suggestions? I'm going CRAZY here!

1. I would still use bug bombs if I were you. Just seal the door so that nothing gets out. Spraying RAID or something along all of the corners of you house, windows and doors also might help.
