What is an effective pest control product for killing cockroaches in long terms?

i've tried the Compact gel thingy, it was effective for a while, but the roaches seem to be immune to it now. wat other products can effectively control these pests in long run?

  1. You probably have to hire someone to fumigate the place. It's hard to get rid of cockroaches.
  2. Boric acid is supposed to be effect, also those roach motels really work as well.
  3. Roach-Prufe, hands down. In hardware stores. It consists of boric acid and is sold under other names. Put it only where kids/pets can't get at it. The way the nozzle is designed you can kind of shoot the powder under the fridge, etc.
  4. Try cleaning up your house then they wont want to hang around
  5. this is true roaches will "move on" when there is nothing left to eat. keep all food tightly sealed and everything else spotless.
