When setting a bug bomb off for pest control do you need to turn off your natural gas?

- Really you should turn off any open flame. The risk is low but it will make it even lower. Also, unplug electrical appliences.

- i have been told u need to turn the pilot lights out like to your stove/oven...hot water heater etc.due to a slight risk of fire....if u do this then yes definitely turn off the natural gas at the meter....if u don't feel comfortable doing it contact your local gas company
